Chrisanne supply and produce both the raw materials required to create couture ballroom dresses, and the bespoke finished items. These can be seen on the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing programme, which was nominated for a BAFTA Award in the Best Costume Category, 2005.

Chrisanne already had a website which also functioned as an online ordering system, and N2's goal was to create a tool that could be used by Chrisanne internally, as well as by their customers.

We created backend functionality to improve previously laborious and time-consuming tasks and create as much automation as possible.

Due to the website's complex structure, new hosting and security platform was created, to give customers further peace of mind.

the family owned Morelli Group has been supplying the professional automotive repair industry for over 50 years. With a turnover in excess of £33million, the company has grown to become the largest independent automotive distributor in the UK, employing over 270 staff.

Morelli already had a well-established web presence in the UK, and wished to increase traffic and enquiries through the website.

Using a combination of SEO and PPC we were able to increase enquires and ensur that traffic was both targeted and appropriate. Results from the campaigns were analysed and refinded to ensure maximum conversion rates and affiliated keywords were itilised to enchance this. Complete website analytics have allowed us to understand visitor behaviour and once again improve user experience, which continues to improve the site's effectiveness.

Facilities Services Group Limited (FSG) is the trading entity through which Spice plc, a FTSE 250 support services business, operates its facilities services division.

Its clients range from large corporations such as Waterstone's, Pizza Hut and Dreams, to local authorities. FSG had previously been known as Circle Britannia, until its absorption into Spice plc in 2008.

The development of the company and the adoption of a new name meant that its transition and brand identity needed to be re-affirmed with their customers, and that's where N2's integrated approach came in, FSG utilising the following services:

Because each department works together, N2 could ensure that FSG's corporate identity and services were conveyed effectively and consistently throughout every stage and that communication both in-house and with the customer was upheld at all times.

As the website contains a great deal of information, N2's challenge was to present this in a way that was informative, eye-catching and accessible. N2's designers, copywriters, web developers and SEO specialists worked together to formulate "islands" for each section of the company, each with its own recognisable identity, to ensure that the information was broken down in a way that was both logical and easy to navigate. This extended FSG's corporate branding as the "islands" have now been incorporated within additional marketing materials, to uphold and enforce the FSG identity.

The end aim of the website was for it to be enhanced through a combination of SEO and PPC and this was considered from the initial plan, right the way through to fulfilment. Since the site's launch, FSG has received measurable increased interest from companies that may not have known they existed were it not for our integrated web solutions.

Camping & General is one of the UK's largest outdoor leisure and camping suppliers, operating via the internet and from two store-based locations.

N2's main objective was to provide an e-commerce website that would extend Camping & General's presence and profits. To do this, the company's extensive product range needed to be presented clearly to ensure visitors' ease of use and navigation, along with effective search tools and facilities and a seamless and secure checkout.

Through extensive SEO and PPC campaigns, N2 was able to ensure Camping & General's visibility on potential customer searches, and provide target marketing, thus increasing both awareness and return on investment.

Faces of Golf is a new social networking portal created by N2, specifically for golfers, societies and clubs.

N2's brief was to develop a future-proofed social network platform that gives golfers, societies and clubs the opportunity to interact and utilise features including virtual score cards, handicap calculators, competition result and add to notice boards, building their own profile and creating extended golfing communities.

N2's main objectives for the project involved the understanding of the target audience from a usability and interactivity point of view. Banner advertising networks were also created to provide an excellent affiliate marketing system, combining SEO, PPC and e-marketing to create return on investment.



KickBack Sports
KickBack Sports
KickBack already had a fully functioning e-commerce website that worked well in processing and fulfilling orders. Where they were struggling was to generate the high volume of traffic they needed to generate continuous sales.

N2 worked closely with KickBack founder, Steve Thomas, to identify key areas of the industry that he wanted to achieve top search engine rankings on. Taking these analytics, N2 formulated a search engine optimisation campaign that would boost overall rankings and ultimately sales. The campaign consisted of careful on-page optimisation coupled with a targeted link building campaign. Still inside the first six months of the optimisation campaign, KickBack Sports boasts first page Google rankings for many of its keywords.

Genie CCTV was founded in 2001 and specialises in the supply of high quality security equipment, partnering with clients nationwide such as LG Electronics.

Genie already had a website that they were pleased with but they wanted to be able to update it quickly and easily, and that's where N2 came in.

Content Management systems allow for specified sections, such as an image gallery or news feed, to be modified through an in-house web-based administration interface. N2 designed and built a CMS for Genie, and because we have both graphic and web designers in-house, corporate brand could be upheld throughout.

Ease of use, efficiency and speed were key factors for design and structure, and N2 implemented a refined search facility to ensure that this could be fulfilled. The facility to generate PDFs and Word documents in real-time meant that documents only needed to be updated once, and this saved a great amount of time as each usually needs to be undertaken manually.

Now that the CMS has been successfully implemented, N2 provides ongoing support, training and maintenance to Genie, to ensure that they have everything they need for this ongoing system.

SitexOrbis
SitexOrbis is the UK's leading provider of integrated property and security services, trusted by more than 1000 public and private sector clients across the UK.

SitexOrbis clean more than 20,000 properties and secure over 35,000 properties a year. They have nearly 450 multi-skilled operatives and operate from over 28 depots across the UK and Europe.

SitexOrbis' key objective was to market to a selected audience picked from their database and channel them through to the SitexOrbis website. With a varying list of clients and client requirements, each would need to be driven to a section of their site containing the most relevant USP.

In line with the rapid growth of online marketing, N2 proposed an e-marketing campaign that would drive the right people through to the right section of the website. N2 created individual e-marketing flyers to target the selected markets, and gave SitexOrbis analytical reports on who opened the email and when, and what sections of the website they visited. Equally important, N2 provided details on those who opted out of receiving further emails and which emails bounced back as undelivered, so that database information could be cleansed and refined.

This enabled SitexOrbis to develop a more structured and targeted telesales promotion which would have been, quite simply, impossible without the e-marketing campaign.
