SitexOrbis is the UK's leading provider of integrated property and security services, trusted by more than 1000 public and private sector clients across the UK. SitexOrbis clean more than 20,000 properties and secure over 35,000 properties a year. They have nearly 450 multi-skilled operatives and operate from over 28 depots across the UK and Europe.


SitexOrbis' key objective was to market to a selected audience picked from their database and channel them through to the SitexOrbis website. With a varying list of clients and client requirements, each would need to be driven to a section of their site containing the most relevant USP.

In line with the rapid growth of online marketing, N2 proposed an e-marketing campaign that would drive the right people through to the right section of the website. N2 created individual e-marketing flyers to target the selected markets, and gave SitexOrbis analytical reports on who opened the email and when, and what sections of the website they visited. Equally important, N2 provided details on those who opted out of receiving further emails and which emails bounced back as undelivered, so that database information could be cleansed and refined.

This enabled SitexOrbis to develop a more structured and targeted telesales promotion which would have been, quite simply, impossible without the e-marketing campaign.
