Have you looked through this site and not understood certain terms? Or wanted some extended information? Hopefully everything here is clear, but if you did have a question you might find that it's already been answered in our FAQ section or you may wish to ask through a knowledgebase.
A knowledgebase provides the means for the end-user to gain specific information about your products or services that they may not be able to find immediately within your site. Answers are generated either by your company or by other users, and each time a question is posed or responded to it creates additional activity within your site. The busier a site is the higher its ranking on search engines, which enables the site to be found easier by potential customers.
N2 can build a knowledgebase specific to your company's needs and the processes required for this to be updated regularly. N2 can also either host or provide you with the systems to manage this in-house.
